A break, an excursion, into a place where excuses not to be yourself do not fly.  

We get to explore as a group and discover what we put in our own way. So it can dissolve.

Two days to stoke the fire of youness.  

To find the feeling of YOU and strengthen your connection to that sense of self. 

You will be nurtured. You will be challenged.

You will go back into your world and find it changed for the better.

Itinerary

  • Day 1

    Arrive between 4 and 5pm

    Settle in and discover the beautiful surroundings

    Come together for a welcome conversation and introductions at 6pm

    Homemade two course dinner will be served at 7pm

  • Day 2

    8 – 9am - Breakfast

    We will gather from 10am, and explore until 1pm with a short break for coffee at 11am

    We will share a nutritious lunch at 1pm

    Our afternoon conversations will run from 4pm to 6pm

    A delicious three course dinner will be served at 7pm

  • Day 3

    The day will start with very optional stretching and tea at 8:30am

    Our morning session will be from 9am for one hour  

    We will enjoy a relaxed brunch at 10:30am

    Final session and closing conversation will be at 12noon

    Checkout at 2pm
